Intern or Volunteer

Without our team of interns and volunteers, The Infinite Wrench wouldn’t be possible.

We’re often looking for new interns and volunteers who are excited about the art we’re making and our process. If you want to help us out, and get to see more of our shows, consider joining our intern team or our fleet of volunteers.

Internships usually last 3-6 months—often to coincide with semesters or summer terms. The internship is usually 15-20 hours/week and primarily focused on The Infinite Wrench with some remote production work. We currently look to partner with schools and organizations to fund each internship, so it can be paid. Students can qualify for credit as well. During the internship, you get a comprehensive look at how we create new work on a weekly basis and are an integral part of the New York Neo production team. Volunteers mostly focus on our weekend box office, and with two shows each weekend, fifty weeks out of the year, we need a solid crew of volunteers. If you are curious to see just how much our show changes week to week, volunteering is a great way to learn that process. In addition to getting to see The Infinite Wrench when you house manage, we also host events to celebrate our volunteers and provide educational opportunities for them.
